Muxika
This town can be found among the peaks of Oiz and Bizkargi and it’s the largest town in the entire comarca. Its neighbourhoods, spread out amongst green mountains, possess a valuable cultural and historical heritage. It’s worth your time to visit the small neighbourhood of Unda because of its medieval farmhouses. In San Román, you can find the landmark 16th century Muxika house-tower and the beautiful San Román hermitage, which is a Romanesque building that is a magnificent example of rural religious architecture. The magnificent natural and rural setting can be especially appreciated in Maguna, Maume, Gorozika and Ajuria.
